We provide holistic healing through individual, family, or group counseling services to children and adults. Our focus is to support you in your healing process while maintaining your cultural values. Family plays an important role in our emotional, physical ,and spiritual development since each individual in the family system impacts and is impacted by the others. Family therapy may be helpful to:

  • Address the role that family plays in an individual’s life

  • Address better communication

Groups

See HERE for current groups being offered.

Group therapy helps people work through problems by interacting with a counselor and a group of individuals with similar struggles. In a safe, confidential setting, each group member can share personal experiences, feelings and issues and receive community support. In addition to talk therapy, group therapy can involve:

  • Educational lectures or workshops

  • Support groups or skills training groups

  • Expressive therapies such as beading, sewing, art
